Eleonora Milazzo has been working working as the first Arctic Climate Change Emerging Leaders (ACCEL) Fellow for the Ecologic Institute in Berlin. ACCEL is a initiative of ELEEP network aiming at increasing awareness of Arctic issues and shaping programs for Arctic sustainable future. Eleonora was tasked with generating content and leveraging social media to increase public interest toward climate change in the arctic. Eleonora is a native Italian speaker. She is fluent in English and French. She has a basic knowledge of Russian.
After the completion of her Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science, Eleonora moved to Moscow (Russia) to start a double Master’s Degree in International Relations with a focus on Arctic cooperation. Next year she will be in Rome to complete her degree. Consistent with her aims of travelling and getting a deeper knowledge of world politics and Arctic cooperation, Eleonora would like to start a doctoral program addressing the future of Arctic governance.
When not studying or researching, she is active in the field of voluntary work in Italy and Romania.
