Anouk Vieveen was an Intern at Ecologic Institute from September 2017 until February 2018. She supported scientific work in the fields of water and economy. She is a native Dutch speaker and is fluent in English. She has a good understanding of the German language, a moderate level of French and basic knowledge of Spanish.
During her internship Anouk Vieveen worked on innovation projects. She was involved in the project Sharing Water-related Information to Tackle CHanges in the Hydrosphere – for Operational Needs (SWITCH-ON) which mainly evaluates a market's level of attractiveness and sets the foundations for the development of a successful market entry strategy. This research project is supported by the European Commission's Seventh Framework Programme (FP7). Moreover, she contributed to the project "BRIdges the GAp for Innovations in Disaster resilience" (BRIGAID), within the European Union's Research and Innovation programme Horizon 2020, which aims to support innovations in disaster resilience.
Prior to coming to Ecologic Institute, Anouk had a student job as face-to-face marketer.
Anouk Vieveen studies International Business and Languages (IBL) at the Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences (Netherlands).
