Eva Langerová works as a Research Assistant at Ecologic Institute. Her research area is the sustainable transformation of food systems, with focus on supporting a dietary shift towards plant-based diets and reducing food loss and food waste. Eva is a native Czech speaker and works in both English and German.
Prior to joining Ecologic Institute, Eva worked in the field of food quality and safety for companies such as Eurofins and Hertz Flavors in Hamburg.
In addition to her work at Ecologic Institute, Eva is pursuing her secondary master's degree in Integrated Food Studies at the University of Copenhagen (Denmark). She completed her bachelor's and master's degrees in Food Hygiene and Technology at the University of Veterinary and Pharmaceutical Sciences in Brno (Czech Republic).
