Maryna Yasynska is a Senior Financial Controller at Ecologic Institute. In this role, she contributes to the ongoing development and quality assurance of controlling and reporting processes, ensuring the provision of transparent and reliable financial information to support informed management decision-making. Her work focuses on cost and performance accounting, monitoring the financial situation, and the analysis and controlling of projects. Maryna works in English and Ukrainian and has good knowledge of German.
Prior to joining the Ecologic Institute, Maryna Yasynska spent more than ten years working in the finance department of a large Chinese agricultural corporation. There, her responsibilities included preparing financial reports according to IFRS, budget planning and analysis, overseeing the operating budget and capital-intensive investment projects, and coordinating monthly and annual financial statements in line with the group-wide requirements. She also played an active role in digitalization processes and the implementation of new company-wide financial and operational ERP solutions, gaining extensive experience in optimizing internal workflows and financial processes.
Maryna Yasynska holds a master’s degree in business administration and a Diploma in International Financial Reporting (DipIFR). In Germany, she also completed further professional training in financial accounting, with an IHK (Chamber of Industry and Commerce) qualification.
