DYNAmic policy MIXes for Absolute Decoupling of Environmental Impact of EU Resource Use from Economic Growth (DYNAMIX)

September 2012 to March 2016
At the end of March 2016, the European Union FP7 research project DYNAMIX came to a close. DYNAMIX aimed at proposing policy mixes that can foster shifting the EU onto a pathway where its resource use and the associated environmental impacts decline in absolute terms while the economy continues to thrive. This FP7 research project, led by Ecologic Institute, combined quantitative modeling and qualitative assessments to provide EU and national policy-makers with tangible support towards implementing resource efficiency policies. The report aims to provide those working to improve senior health in San Mateo County with a wide variety of information on current and projected senior health. The new 2012 Indicators Report for a Sustainable San Mateo County was published at the Sobrato Center for Nonprofits in Redwood City, California, on 21 May 2012. Ecologic Institute was the report's coordinator and editor. With more than 80 representatives from municipal and county governments, representatives of nonprofit and advocacy groups, journalists and the general public attending, the report received a warm welcome. 2012 Indicators Report for a Sustainable San Mateo County

Ecologic Institute coordinated the work for the new 2012 Indicators Report for a Sustainable San Mateo County (SSMC), Ecologic Institute in San Mateo took on the role of Report Coordinator and Editor. Supported by more than 40 volunteers, among them students from Mills High School in Millbrae and students of urban and regional planning at San José State University, the report was developed and produced in a six month timeframe and can be downloaded free of charge from the website of Sustainable San Mateo County.Read more
