Ecologic Institute 2012: Demonstrating Promising Technologies to Address Emerging Pollutants in Water and Waste Water. Flyer. The publication is available in English, German, French, Spanish and Catalan.

Ecologic Institute created an informative flyer in five languages that presented the EU-funded DEMEAU project. The project aimed to address challenges in water supply and wastewater treatment by promoting advanced technologies such as Managed Aquifer Recharge, Hybrid Ceramic Membrane Filtration, Hybrid Advanced Oxidation Processes, and Bioassays. With a strong consortium of research institutions, SMEs, and water suppliers from five EU countries, DEMEAU focused on innovation and partnership to effectively combat emerging pollutants.

The flyer designed by Ecologic Institute served as a key communication tool to make the significance and objectives of the DEMEAU project accessible to a wider audience. It highlighted the close collaboration with water suppliers, who acted as pioneers in applying these technologies. Through practical demonstrations and comparisons with existing technologies, the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of the new solutions were proven, creating important market opportunities for the involved SMEs.

The project, which ran from September 2012 to August 2015, aimed to foster the acceptance and implementation of the innovative technologies among policymakers and regulatory authorities. The flyer created by Ecologic emphasized the importance of research and innovation for a future-proof water management system and invited engagement for clean water and a sustainable environment.
