Human Resources Team
Rabiya Dar supports the Human Resources Team at the Ecologic Institute as an HR Manager. Her responsibilities include personnel administration, onboarding and offboarding, contract management, and recruitment of apprentices and students. In addition, she is responsible for personnel development, the support of students and apprentices, absence and leave management, preliminary payroll data entry, and HR controlling. She also coordinates training management and the internal mental health process. Rabiya Dar works in both German and English.
Prior to her role at the Ecologic Institute, Rabiya Dar worked as an HR consultant for a personnel service provider. Her focus was on building and maintaining client relationships and recruiting employees on a project basis, as well as supporting and managing staff.
Rabiya Dar completed a degree in business administration.
