Johanna de la Chevallerie is a Legal Trainee at Ecologic Institute. As part of the Legal Team, she contributes to various projects on topics such as Trade and Sustainable Development chapters (TSD) in Free Trade Agreements and the international treaty-making procedure. Johanna de la Chevallerie is a native German speaker and also works in English.

During her Legal Clerkship, Johanna de la Chevallerie worked at the German Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation, Nuclear Safety and Consumer Protection (BMUV) and at a law firm specializing in construction law, infrastructure law, and environmental law. There, she focused on environmental impact assessment, strategic environmental assessment as well as nature conservation and species protection law.
