This project supports the next phase of ETS training and capacity building under the auspices of the International Carbon Action Partnership (ICAP). It is commissioned by the European Commission’s DG CLIMA and builds on long-standing cooperation with ICAP to support jurisdictions in developing and emerging economies that are exploring, designing, or strengthening emissions trading systems.
