On 5 and 6 May 2026, the European Networking Workshop, organised by the Federal Agency for Nature Conservation, with the support of the Ecologic Institute, will take place in Bonn, Germany.

This invitation-only workshop is designed as a highly interactive, participant-driven exchange, centred on peer learning, cross-country dialogue, and building lasting connections. It brings together key actors working on urban nature and biodiversity across Europe, reflecting both EU and non-EU perspectives and including national authorities and agencies, cities, the scientific community, EU institutions, and relevant networks. We aim to create space for open and solution-oriented discussion, grounded in participants’ practical expertise, recommendations, and lived experiences.
