Legal Aspects of a Link between Regional Carbon Markets in Europe and the United States

In einem früheren Beitrag für die Zeitschrift Sustainable Development Law and Policy der American University hatte Michael Mehling bereits die rechtlichen Anforderungen an eine Verknüpfung regionaler Handelssysteme in den USA mit dem europäischen Handelssystem untersucht und vor allem die Rolle der jeweiligen Rechts- und Verfassungsordnungen hervorgehoben.
