As the INTERLACE project concluded, we invited you to a final CITIES TALK NATURE webinar to reflect on the project's impact and ensure a continued legacy. This session showcased key resources and empowered cities, local stakeholders, and the research community to continue to drive the long-term adoption of nature-based solutions (NbS).

Webinar highlights:

  • City learnings: Hearing from two inspiring European and Latin American municipalities as they shared firsthand experiences, challenges, and lessons learnt to support other cities embarking on similar journeys.
  • INTERLACE tools: Get an exclusive look at four freshly published resources for urban ecosystem restoration, including an online city NbS toolkit, a one-stop NbS platform for Latin America, an assessment tool to support NbS decision-making, and recommendations for integrating NbS in policy and planning.
  • City networks in action: Learning about the critical work of city networks in supporting cities to scale NbS in urban areas and in fostering collaboration for lasting change.
This webinar was not just a conclusion, but envisioned as a catalyst for continued progress!
