At Ecologic Institut, our events and talks are where our research is translated into policy-relevant dialogue. We convene and contribute to conferences, we organise small and big events, we moderate panel discussions, lead workshops and give lectures to share evidence, test ideas with practitioners, policymakers and other stakeholders, and learn from diverse perspectives. At the MoorNet Final Conference 2025, results and approaches from the research and development project will be presented. The event will also offer space to discuss further developments and identify additional needs for action. The adoption of the EU Nature Restoration Regulation (NRR) marks a turning point in European biodiversity policy. To meet its binding targets, all Member States must prepare National Restoration Plans (NRPs) by 2026 – with a dedicated focus on cross-border cooperation.
