What quantities are needed – and which products are available from Brandenburg? The Raw Materials Exchange for Public Catering brings together farmers, food processors, caterers and kitchen operators from Brandenburg and Berlin. The focus is on matching concrete demand with available supply and fostering new partnerships along regional organic value chains.
