Two information postcards have been developed for the Market Information Talks for the Organic Sector 2026. The postcards support communication for the dialogue series and draw attention to key challenges along organic value chains in Brandenburg.

The Market Information Talks 2026 build on the discussions of previous years and place a stronger focus on infrastructure-related issues, in particular storage, pre-processing, logistics, cooperation models, and marketing structures for communal catering. In light of the growing demand for organic and regional food in the Berlin-Brandenburg metropolitan region, the expansion of suitable structures along the value chain remains a key task.

The postcards address these topics and refer to the Market Information Talks as a platform for exchange, networking, and the joint development of solutions.

Ecologic Institute conceptualises, organises, and provides expert support to the Market Information Talks. The Institute prepares market and background information and moderates the exchange among stakeholders along the value chain.
