The second Market Information Talk 2026 focuses on innovations and emerging crops for Brandenburg’s organic market. Particular attention is given to speciality and niche crops such as millet, buckwheat, quinoa, sea buckthorn, flaxseed, and legumes, which have gained increasing importance for regional value creation in recent years.

The event is organised by the Ecologic Institute on behalf of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food Systems, Environment and Consumer Protection as part of the Brandenburg Organic Action Plan.
