On 17 and 18 November 2025, the closing event of the project "Natural Climate Adaptation!" commissioned by the Federal Environment Agency and the Federal Environment Ministry will take place in Berlin. The event is being organised in cooperation with the 14th KlimAdapt network meeting.

Nature-based solutions (NbS) are key to successful climate adaptation: they promote biodiversity, strengthen resilience and create synergies for climate protection. Together, we would like to discuss:

• How can NbS be planned and embedded in municipal practice?
• How can cooperation across disciplinary boundaries and between different stakeholder groups be achieved?
• How can their effectiveness be assessed?
